  Great to find a good local bike shop. Was generous with their time in giving me some good advice and was happy to show me how to fix something myself when I would have otherwise had to book my bike in for a service.

  Absolute Ripoff! 40 dollars to do a puncture repair and put a bell on a kids bike. Would have been better off getting a new bike and if it's this expensive they should probably let you know. Will never go back.

  I called in to borrow a pair of long nosed pliers to fix an issue with my bike. Both staff friendly and helpful. The female staff member was down on her knees helping and the guy ended up lying on the floor to get the best position to fix the problem. No payment asked for.

  Forget the outdoor barns that sell canoes, tents etc and also bikes. Forget the so called superstores, there's only one bike shop you need to go to and it's Mordialloc Bikes. The owner, Nick knows more about bikes than anyone else I have spoken to. He is also fantastic on customer service. He is ably assisted by his wife Dana and mechanic Kevin. Nick ordered a bike in for me, at a very competitive price, even though it was one he doesn't currently stock. I had a few initial problems, caused by me, and he fixed them straight away. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. It's always a pleasure to walk in to the shop. It's the only place I'll buy accessories or parts and have mine and my wife's bikes serviced.
